Levin joined Maryland PIRG Foundation in August 2009 after graduating with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Spanish from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas. Levin completed Maryland PIRG Foundation’s two-year fellowship program in August 2011, during which she worked to educate the public on the dangers of toxic chemicals. As the State Advocate, Levin leads campaigns on Toxics and Environmental Health, Making Healthcare Work, and Transit Not Traffic programs.
